Strawberry ice-cream

Ingredients

  • Strawberries - 8 to 9 Nos.
  • Low fat milk - 500 mL
  • HINEX DM - 50 gm (4 scoops)
  • Cornflour - 1/2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Mix the cornflour in a 1/2 cup of cold milk and keep aside.
  • Boil the remaining milk in a non-stick pan and add the cornflour mixture.
  • Stir continuously on a slow flame till it coats on the back of the spoon.
  • Cool completely and add the HINEX DM with some pieces of strawberry and keep it into a air tight container for 4-6 hours.
  • Liquidize back into a air tight container till the ice cream is set.
