Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 3 to 4 Nos.
  • Oats - 15 g
  • Milk - 150 mL
  • HINEX DM - 25 g
  • Almond - 5 to 6 Nos.

Preparation

  • Cut strawberries into slices and keep it aside.
  • Heat a sauce pan and add milk, oats, and cook for few minutes.
  • Grind the almonds into a coarse powder in a mixer blender.
  • Add the mixture of cooked oats and milk, sliced strawberries and HINEX DM together and blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for an hour and serve it chilled.
