Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients (Banana+ eggs+ 4 Scoops HINEX ST + water+ Milk+ Cinnamon+ vanilla Essence + Baking Powder) into high speed blender & mix until smooth mixture has been created.
  • Let it sit overnight if you would like to the Mixture to thicken a little, Otherwise cook pancakes as per your desired size on hot non-stick pan.
  • You can enjoy these pancakes topped with grated coconut, caramel, or sugar free peanut butter.
  • Side Note 1: - For thinner pancakes, add extra milk in small quantities
  • Side Note 2: - You can use a cup of roasted pumpkin instead of banana
