Protein peanut butter balls

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter - 2 tbsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
  • HINEX HP - 2 scoops
  • Honey (optional) - 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips - 3/4 tbsp
  • Coconut oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Blend peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey (if adding) until combined. Next add HINEX HP protein powder, coconut oil and blend until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Transfer batter into a large mixing bowl and stir in chocolate chips or cocoa nibs. Roll the batter into one large ball, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the fridge to firm up for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the batter is firm enough to roll into balls.
  • Remove the batter from the fridge and then roll the dough into balls about the size of a golf ball (approx 5-6). Freeze right away for 20 minutes (to harden); then store in fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
