  • Frozen bananas - 250 g
  • Fat-free yogurt (use dairy free for vegan) - 1 L
  • HINEX HP - 2 scoops
  • Milk (of choice) - 50 mL

Preparation

  • First blend all ingredients together until they’re just smooth, without over processing.
  • Be careful not to over process the mixture as it’ll begin to warm up and become too liquefied, which means you won’t be able to eat it straight away.
  • Next, warm a spoon under the tap, then scoop out the ice-cream into a bowl and you can eat straight away.
  • Top with your favorite healthy toppings like cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries or shredded coconut flex.
